Terms of Use
Last updated: October 16, 2026
The most important part: what you save lives only on your iPhone. We hold no copy, so we can’t get it back if the phone is lost or the app is deleted. Don’t use Interruptible as the only record of anything you can’t afford to lose.
These terms apply to the Interruptible iPhone app and its pages at clickingnook.com/interruptible, provided by Clicking Nook LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Interruptible.
What the app is
Interruptible saves a few words about what you were doing and what comes next, and shows them back to you. It isn’t a medical device and doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition, ADHD included.
Reminders
Reminders are notifications scheduled by your iPhone. We can’t guarantee one arrives on time or at all: it won’t if notifications are off for the app, the phone is off, or iOS holds it back. Don’t rely on a reminder for anything time-critical, such as medication or safety.
Using the app
- Interruptible is for personal use on an iPhone.
- You’re responsible for what you save, and for who can hear it when you ask Siri to read it back.
- Don’t misuse the app or this website, for example by interfering with how either works.
App Store license
The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or for supporting it; we are.
Purchases
Interruptible is free to start. Unlocking it is a one-time purchase made through Apple, and Apple’s payment and refund policies apply. There’s no subscription. Without it, saving something new stops after the free start; what you already saved stays readable. If Apple refunds the purchase, the app locks again.
Disclaimers
Interruptible is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the app will be free of errors or keep your data without loss.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Clicking Nook LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for lost data, or for a missed reminder. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and continuing to use Interruptible means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
